Lester McCorn has made a mark in the fields of scholarship and religious leadership. He serves as the thirteenth President of Clinton College, where he also assumes the role of Professor of Christian Leadership. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Sociology from Morehouse College, and several postgraduate degrees from Yale University, Chicago Theological Seminary, Union Institute & University, United Theological Seminary, and Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

McCorn has been involved in various organizations, from church groups to educational fellowships. He was a Senior Pastor at several AME Zion Churches and the Director/Advisor for Young Adults in Christian Ministries. He has also served as a fellow for the Leadership Greater Chicago, Next Generation Leadership Rockefeller Foundation, and Gardner C. Taylor Fellows at United Theological Seminary, among others.

Aside from his professional affiliations, McCorn is an Alpha Man and a husband and father. His academic background, combined with his extensive experience in leading religious and educational institutions, makes him an exceptional and well-rounded servant-leader.
