Valerie Ramdas is an accomplished professional with experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. She studied Pre-university Health Profile at Alfrink College Zoetermeer and earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biomedical Sciences from the prestigious Leiden University. She also pursued a Minor in Science Based Business and specialized in Finance & Marketing. She started her career in the industry as an Intern in the Leiden University Medical Center, where she studied migraine research. She also had an Internship at Johnson & Johnson, where she worked on pre-clinical immunology.

After her traineeship, Valerie began working as a Management Trainee, Product Manager Syrspend SF at Fagron, where she was later promoted to Global Project Manager Compounding and Pharmaceutical Compounding Advisor. She also worked as a Business Development Manager at Eureco-Pharma B.V. before returning to Fagron, where she was responsible for several projects aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical compounding.

Valerie has also contributed her expertise to the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship and SMO. She has experience in product management, business development, marketing, and project management. Valerie's education, coupled with her practical experience, makes her an expert in biotech and pharmaceuticals.
