Curriculum and Technology Developement

- Structured and conducted intensive 120-hour training for new traveling teachers, advising on course content, instructional skills, logistics, interpersonal development, relocating issues, legal and other aspects of the position as needed.• Provided critical feedback, mentorship and leadership to new teachers.

Director of Training

- Traveled independently and relocated to promote, coordinate, and teach Readak’s one-month Reading Comprehension and Learning Skills course.• Acclimated to diverse environments to successfully implement the course. • Improved student performance in 14 selective private and independent schools, including:             -	       The American School in Japan, Tokyo       -	The American School in England, UK        -	The King's School, NSW, Australia        -	The American School of Quito, Ecuador        -	Jamaica College, Kingston, JAM       -	Phillips Academy at Andover, MA, USA• Consistently met and exceeded set sales expectations of 50+ enrolments, generating $350,000+ dollars in revenue and teaching roughly 700 students.• Fostered and maintained relationships with host schools and local communities to ensure the renewing of future programs.• Was recognized for consistency, creativity, and excellence across all areas of performance.Awards: Teacher of the Year, 2011-2012; President's Prize, 2010-2011; Teacher of the Month, September 2010.
