Rajesh Anandan is an accomplished impact entrepreneur and growth architect with a wealth of experience in the impact sector. He's the CEO and co-founder of Ultranauts Inc, a quality engineering firm powered by cognitively diverse teams. Ultranauts has won several awards, including the MIT SOLVE Challenge Winner, Interbrand Breakthrough Brand, and FastCompany World Changing Idea. Anandan is also the founder of Unicef Ventures and the creator of Unicef Kid Power, a wearable-for-good that TIME recognized as one of the Best Inventions.
Anandan began his career as a program manager at Microsoft before joining Bain & Company, where he focused on business incubation and growth strategy. He has studied for both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Computer Science, Systems Dynamics/Sloan School of Management at the Massachusettes Institute of Technology.
Throughout his two decades in the impact sector, Anandan has garnered extensive experience, including launching and running Unicef Ventures. Additionally, he served as an advisor in the private sector partnerships at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
