Robert DeCou

Rob DeCou is a highly experienced and results-driven leader, educator, and business developer with a diverse background in various industries. He obtained his high school diploma in Business from Port Angeles High School, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Philosophy from Pacific University, a Master's in Elementary Education and Teaching, and an MBA and MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. He also completed a Leadership Academy course at Loyola Marymount University.

Throughout his career, DeCou has developed a broad range of expertise, including client relationship management, business development, project management, leadership development, technology integration, professional presentations, and curriculum design. He is a skilled initiator, and client-facing roles in fast-paced and competitive environments are his forte.

DeCou's career highlights include founding and serving as CEO of Lux Virtual, where he continues to grow the business by helping people reach their career and personal goals. Additionally, he previously held positions such as Principal at Olympic Conditioning and Trainer at CS at Conditioning Specialists, Business/Marketing/Entrepreneurship Instructor at Peninsula College, and Recreation Specialist/Officer at the Washington State Department of Corrections.
