Additionally, he held various roles at Wayfair, where he was responsible for employer branding, talent strategy and programs, and strategic talent sourcing.

Garlock's professional experience extends beyond the tech industry, as he previously worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at NanoIntegris Technologies Inc. and an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of NanoIntegris Technologies Inc. and General Manager of Student Agenices, Inc. In his personal life, Garlock is a proud father and devoted husband.
