As the Director of Marketing for Blue Stout (an ecommerce development agency) I was responsible for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives including, but not limited to:- content creation, management & promotion- podcast outreach & production- content optimization- email drip marketing creation & optimization (Infusionsoft)- list subscriber growth- lead generation through webinars & webinar drip campaigns- partnership development In my position, though I wore most of the marketing hats, I was responsible for managing our assistant and various writers to help complete content and content promotion. I also worked very closely with our CEO in his idea for the Blue Stout marketing funnel development and we structured our content and drip campaigns to correlate with each stage of that funnel.During my time as Marketing Director I was 100% remote. I have become very familiar with the ecommerce space and am comfortable writing about technologies, best practices and anything related to running and optimizing an online business.

Originally, I began my career at Boulevard as a server, saw an extreme need for advertising/marketing/organization and pitched this position to my manager. I was hired as a marketing manager, and afterward organized mass monthly newsletters, produced print ads, managed projects involving staff (providing training materials, scheduling, etc.), coordinated events with representatives (pharmaceutical reps., heads of alcohol/wine companies, etc.), and also designed a business proposal booklet for a new restaurant location which was handed out to various professional investors.
