Stefanie Delgado Schilz is a seasoned social entrepreneur with expertise in technology and education. She is highly skilled in project management, business design, and team leadership. Stefanie is a decisive, proactive, and creative leader with a strong vision to create independent entrepreneurship programs in Peru that have a high social impact. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Escuela de Arte Corriente Alterna, and earned a scholarship from the eBay Foundation for the Global Social Benefit Institute Online Program in Social Business Development at Santa Clara University. Stefanie also holds a Master's degree in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.

Stefanie founded Igua and served as its Co-Founder and CEO, and previously founded Rutatec. She has worked as a Management Consultant at Digital Divide Data, Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, and Senior Project Consultant at E.ON Inhouse Consulting.
