Cristina Salles is a highly experienced lawyer with a career spanning 15 years. She has worked in large law firms and served as an in-house counsel for both local and multinational publicly traded companies. She specializes in corporate law, contracts, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy legislation. She is skilled in leadership, team management, process and structure organization, policy implementation, internal control systems, budget composition, and external law firm management, including negotiation of fees and defining strategies. A graduate of Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado with postgraduate degrees in Contractual Law and Mergers and Acquisitions from Insper and CEU-IICS Law School, respectively, she also studied strategic business at Insper and mediation at Instituto Vertus.
