Bernie Moreno is an American businessman and United States Senate candidate who supports freedom, fairness, and protecting American values. A high school graduate from Pine Crest, he went on to earn a BBA in Marketing at the University of Michigan. Afterward, he worked his way up through the ranks of the automotive industry, holding various executive positions at several dealerships, including Mercedes-Benz of Burlington, Nissan of Streetsboro, and Maserati of Cleveland. He was also the President of Bernie Moreno Companies, which oversees dealerships selling luxury cars. Furthermore, he served as the Chairman of the Board at Cleveland State University and the Vice Chairman of the Board at Cuyahoga Community College. He is a former Board Member of the American Red Cross, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and Lake Ridge Academy. Moreno is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and a mentor at The Cleveland Foundation's Innovation Lab. He is a self-proclaimed freedom advocate who believes that politicians should work for the people, and he refused to take corporate PAC money.
