Ciprian Rarau is a product entrepreneur with a strong software engineering background based in Romania. Graduated from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, he started his career as a software engineer and progressed towards building strong teams and preparing companies for scalability. He co-founded Wisk.ai, a company that is growing at an impressive rate, achieving consistent 10%+ MoM growth. As a passionate product entrepreneur, Ciprian created IdeaPlaces, and CatalyzeUp, and has held leadership positions like VP Engineering at OMsignal and Lead R&D at Aptilon.

Ciprian Rarau's educational training focused on Informatics in high school and extended his knowledge of computer engineering during his undergrad, and selling his self-built software allowed him to cultivate an appreciation for making a company work. Today, he seeks to balance the small details and big picture through mindfulness, prioritization and surrounding himself with friends who have similar beliefs.
