Carlota founded WIN World in 2008 with a mission to inspire leaders and organizations for the future. She saw an audience of curious, ambitious, and bold people thirsty for great stories and ideas, and ready to act. With her team, Carlota worked on creating inspiring and transformative live and digital experiences that can touch millions of people across the globe. In 2020, Carlota moved on and founded The Collection of Inspiring Businesses, a group of companies and investments in creativity, content, communication, human development, and technology.
Carlota is a global content curator and a gifted writer who regularly publishes in Dinheiro Vivo and LinkedIn Portuguese business newspaper. She holds a Business Administration degree from Instituto Superior de Gestão, a degree of Special Studies in General Management from Harvard University, and an Advanced Management Program with Jack Welch. Carlota is also part of the board of directors of Harvard Club in Portugal.
Carlota loves travelling, outdoors and practicing sports. She is the proud mother of two sons: Vasco, 17, and Sebastião, 8, her biggest sources of inspiration. In early 2021, Carlota joined Lusíadas Saúde, a member of UnitedHealth Group, to lead knowledge and communications.
