Viacheslav Plyndin is an experienced investment professional with a focus on Private Equity & Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, and various industries including High Tech, Oil&Gas&Chemical, Mining, and Agriculture. His expertise includes sourcing new investment opportunities, analyzing investment projects, and valuation of potential targets, as well as full-scale deal execution including negotiations, structuring, legal documents drafting, and closing. Mr. Plyndin also participates in monitoring portfolio companies and serves on the Board of Directors with a focus on strategy, investments, business-planning, and pre-exit restructuring. Along with his experience in high-level positions like CEO and Investment Director, Mr. Plyndin is passionate about being an Angel Investor that primarily focuses on pre-seed and seed stage startups in high-tech and agricultural technology (AgTech).

Mr. Plyndin’s education includes studying Economist and Investments at both the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. His professional background includes his role as Chief Executive Officer at Venture Capital Fund (Transmashholding / PF Capital), former positions on various Boards of Directors and Investment positions at firms including SIBUR LLC, Marsfield Capital, and RUSNANO.
