Brady has worked for Southern California Edison in various roles, including Director of Asset Optimization & Trading, Director of Renewable & Alternative Power Contracts, and Senior Manager of Strategic Projects. She has also held positions as Commissioner at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Senior Analyst at Twentieth Century Fox.
