Nicole Rossi is an accomplished User Experience Research Manager with extensive experience in the field. She obtained her B.A. in Sociology from San Francisco State University and went on to work in various positions where her expertise in User Experience Design became apparent. Before joining Gap Inc. as a UX Ops Manager, Nicole freelanced as an Associate Producer for Rebel Unit Media and held Project Manager and Associate Producer roles at ZoomSystems and InVision Communications, respectively. In her current position with Gap Inc., Nicole has been instrumental in providing consumer insights into how to improve the user experience across Gap Inc. websites and applications.
