Katie Polio is an experienced Partner Specialist in the Solutions Partner Team at HubSpot. With a background in Development Studies, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, with a specialization in Global Environment and Social Change from Bates College. She also studied at Westminster School, where she honed her skills in research and communication.

Before joining HubSpot, Katie worked as Sales Manager, Senior Tour Consultant, Tour Consultant, and Sales Associate at EF Education First, a leading international education company. She also served as a Research Fellow at the Short Term Action/Research Team and as a Summer Intern at Community Concepts Inc.

Katie is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners. She is passionate about environmental sustainability, education, and community development. She volunteered as a Student Volunteer Fellow in two organizations - America Reads/America Counts and Project Storyboost. She also served as a Teaching Assistant at Community Farm of Simsbury.

In her current role at HubSpot, Katie is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key partners, driving partner engagement, and improving partner performance. She uses her excellent communication skills and knowledge of the industry to help partners achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
