Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young, MD is a highly accomplished urologist with a passion for minimally invasive surgeries, specifically utilizing the da Vinci robotic system. After completing her medical doctorate at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Dr. Young continued her training with a urology residency at the University of California, Irvine under the guidance of Dr. Ralph Clayman, the pioneer of minimally invasive surgeries. Her expertise in da Vinci robotic prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, and surgery for pelvic organ prolapse led her to become Director of Robotic Surgery at StoneSprings Hospital. In addition, she currently serves as the Chair of the Department of Surgery at Inova Loudoun Hospital. Dr. Young has published multiple articles on the topic of renal cryotherapy, a novel method of treating renal masses. She is a member of the American Urological Association and has been recognized as a Top Doctor by the Washingtonian and Northern Virginia magazine multiple times. Outside of the office, Dr. Young enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, and has completed street and trail marathons.
