Stephen Pearce is a seasoned executive with an impressive track record in innovation and business leadership, having consistently doubled year over year bookings at all his previous employers. With over 15 years of experience, he has been responsible for the successful development and implementation of new products across various markets worldwide, including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, Australia, and the United States, generating revenues of over $600 million throughout his career.

Pearce is a change agent and troubleshooter, known for his ability to turn around failing programs and pursuits, with a typical year including two programs over $10 million each and three pursuits ranging from $15 to $900 million. He has also developed and maintained alliances across all populated continents.

Pearce holds a Ph.D. in Active RF Systems/electromagnetics, a B.Eng. in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, and is a member of the IEEE, with eight patents and published papers, significant reports and presentations

Throughout his career, Pearce has been recognized for his visionary and award-winning contributions to product development, including the construction of a 3U cPCI HW range, the creation of a C++/symbolic algebra ray tracing design tool for radar signature, antenna and optical design, and a patentable system designed to decrease radar cross-section signature on aircraft and other platforms for the UK's active stealth industry.
