Olga Trushko is a distinguished academic and researcher with expertise in mining, intellectual property, and technology transfer. With a Ph.D. in construction of mining enterprises and underground constructions and a background in mining engineering, Trushko has authored 86 research works, 18 teaching and guiding works, and 3 patents. She has project-managed and implemented 28 research projects and is a federal expert on scientific projects in the Russia Federation. Trushko is registered in the federal register of experts of the scientific and technical sphere of the Russian Federation and is an expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She is also the winner of "Engineer of the Year" award and has completed numerous refresher courses, academic trips, and trainings in countries such as Poland, Germany, Austria, Canada, the United States, and South Korea. Trushko has participated in 59 international scientific conferences and holds a grant of President of Russian Federation for state support of young Russian PhDs.
