Henrik Kofod-Hansen is a seasoned organizational consultant and coach with deep expertise in organizational psychology, talent development, post-merger integration, and P&L leadership. He has a strong academic background, holding advanced degrees in Applied Positive Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Psychotherapy. Henrik is also an accredited Co-active® coach and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach®, with proven ability to work with leaders and organizations to challenge and support their people in new ways. Henrik is the co-founder of novosensus, an initiative that brings the research and interventions of Positive Organizational Psychology to the business world. Henrik has a global perspective, having worked in Europe and Asia since 1991, and now working with organizations across the world. Henrik is a senior advisor in the Enterprise Leadership for Transformation program at the National University of Singapore.
