Larry Pendleton is an accomplished healthcare professional with years of experience in administrative and clinical practices. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Management at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, he specializes in implementing strategies for successful medical practice management. Throughout his career, Larry has gained extensive knowledge of accounting and finance, medical billing, reimbursement and revenue cycle management, and operations improvement.

Additionally, Mr. Pendleton is proficient in EHR/EMR implementation, project management, marketing, and contract negotiations. Larry Pendleton's experience in the healthcare industry, in various capacities, provides him with a comprehensive perspective from both a provider and payer standpoint.

As the Director of Practice Management, he is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of UAMS faculty practice plans, ensuring that they operate with optimal efficiency while adhering to standards of medical practice. Moreover, he instructs and trains residents and faculty members on management practices to improve patient care.
