Joy Chen is a highly accomplished professional with vast experience in different fields of expertise. With a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Information Systems Management both from Carnegie Mellon University, Chen has an extensive educational background. She has held leadership positions in various organizations, including being a Partner and GM at Outland, heading implementation at Knotel, former Chief of Staff at Canary (Canary.Is), and also being a Professional Services Specialist at Sisense. Her expertise extends to healthcare systems and services, where she worked as a McKinsey & Company Specialist, Director of Data Intelligence at the NYC Department of Finance, and as a Policy Analyst at the same organization.

Chen has wide-ranging skills, including data analysis, strategic planning, project management, policy formulation, among others. She also studied at Georgetown University, where she was a Research Fellow. Her experience and education background make her an asset in any organization that she joins.
