Jolanta Norbutaite is a highly educated and experienced product designer who has worked for some of the biggest names in social media and technology companies. With a Master's degree in Technology, Operations, and Innovation Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information, Creative Industries, Jolanta's skills are well-rounded and diverse. She also studied User Experience and Interaction Design, making her an expert in creating delightful and intuitive user experiences.

Before working as a Product Designer at Instagram, Jolanta worked in several other design roles, including Production Designer for both Design Systems and Communication UX/Illustration at Instagram, Communication Designer at Facebook, and Marketing Team Member at AIESEC Denmark. Her skills were also honed during internships, including Graphic Design and Marketing Intern at Chrino Studio.

Jolanta's passion for design began early in her career, working as a Copywriter at Siauliai Television and as a Visual effects assistant at AVED Productions. She later worked as a Visual Designer at Playfulbet. Her work has been varied, and her skills are well-suited to create effective and beautiful designs for a wide range of products and services.
