Cyndi Chen is a former UX Designer turned Corporate Strategy Senior Consultant, currently working at IBM. She attended Yale University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts, and later attended the Yale School of Management to obtain her Master of Business Administration. With a love for the circular economy, human narratives, the brain, technology, culture, and art, Chen has worked with various companies, honing her skills in research, analysis, and experimentation. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, including User Experience Lead, Alumni Fund Liaison, and Brand Management Intern.
