He was also the former Category Director/Product Manager at Trek Bicycle, a Senior Consultant at Tome, a Chief Experience Officer, and Principal Consultant at other consulting firms. Additionally, he has held various Senior Product Marketing and Business Development Manager positions at companies such as AMD, SigmaTel, and Cirrus Logic.

Throughout his career, Scott has exhibited expertise in product vision and strategy, global cross-functional leadership, managing P&L, continuous improvement, partnerships, and relationship management, among others. He is an analytical problem solver, and his operational analysis and innovation skills are top-notch. Scott is also experienced in marketing, competitive positioning, executive briefings, cost management, training and delivery, and product development process/lifecycle management.
