Andrea Wright is a seasoned public budget professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in municipal government, venue management, administrative management, government liaison, and conflict-resolution. A former Budget Director and Administrative Manager, she is an expert in contract administration, procurement supervision, and capital and operating budget planning and development. She boasts impeccable organizational management skills and is Lean Six Sigma trained and certified since 2014.

Andrea is an alumna of Kent State University and Central Michigan University, where she studied business, real estate management, accounting, and masters in science in administration with a general business focus. She also completed her high school and college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program at Villa Angela Academy.

She has worked for the City of Fort Worth as an Assistant Director (Finance and Administration), Elected Board Trustee at Fort Worth Employees' Retirement Fund, Assistant Facilities & Public Events Director, Administrative Services Manager, Fiscal Coordinator/Sr. Management Analyst Public Events Department, and Management Analyst II. Andrea also served as an Appointed Member of the Hospital Finance Authority Board and gained experience as a Sales Associate at ERA Majestic Realty.
