Luis Diego Cabezas is an experienced user experience design leader who has led teams in complex digital transformations, new product/service launches, and reconceptualizations. He holds a B.S. degree from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering and has studied at Columbia University and New York University. Cabezas' interest lies in how individuals interact with their physical and digital surroundings and how design can encourage, streamline, and purposefully validate interactions. His professional experience includes work in the financial services, telecommunications, retail, travel, content publishing, public sector, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing industries. He is currently an Experience Design Director at McKinsey & Company, having previously worked as an Associate Experience Design Director there and as a Freelance UX Design Lead. Cabezas has also worked at HUGE, a well-known design agency, as Sr. Interaction Designer and Interaction Designer, as well as being a researcher at the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, he enjoys making prints in his spare time and shares his creations on his Tumbler account.
