Deborah Johnson is a highly experienced executive with a passion for entrepreneurship and early-stage investments, particularly in the cannabis and hemp industry. She has worked with entrepreneurs, investors, canna-sector innovators, and angel investment groups, advising, structuring deals, and curating deal flow. With extensive knowledge and networks in technology, life sciences, and consumer products industries, Deborah has directed investor relations with angels, family offices, and funds. She has also managed program and partner development, created strategic alliances, and engaged stakeholders at all levels. Her passion project is to increase the engagement of women in early-stage investment as founders, board members, and/or C-Suite roles in companies.

Deborah's diverse professional experience includes investor engagement management, investor relations, special event coordination, program direction, volunteer coordination, and outreach coordination. She has held various leadership roles in some reputable organizations such as MJ Unpacked at Jage Media, Inc., Keneh Ventures, The Arcview Group, Enterprise Development Corporation of South Florida, Fusion Pointe, The Women's Fund of Southwest Florida, Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership, Gulf Coast Venture Forum, Gulf Coast Runners, and HOST Development. Deborah's education background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Penn State University.
