Learning and Development Lead

All things learning and development, training, and employee programs at Envoy.

Example work:
-  Manage bi-annual employee engagement program; create and run surveys, analyze data and build reports, and  partner with leadership to understand themes, identify survey actions and build implementation plans.
-  Designed ongoing leadership development program for Director level employees; program designed for participants to hone leadership skills, build business acumen, and strengthen working relationships.
-  Built and facilitate new manager training series covering core management topics including employee engagement, hiring and onboarding, manager administration, and team recognition.
-  Design, implementation, and ongoing management and iteration of Envoy's first bi-annual performance management program
-  Oversee employee onboarding program; create and source training content from SME’s, manage all programmatic elements, serve as the voice and and face of Envoy for all new hires. Program currently maintains a 95% satisfaction rate from new employees in 90-day check-in surveys.
-  Champion for Envoy's culture and values: development of company values-based behaviors and competencies, production of bi-annual all-hands retreats, and support for other keystone cultural initiatives.
-  Oversaw the roll-out of Envoy’s first company-wide compensation structure & leveling system; partnered with compensation vendors to implement compensation philosophy, created and lead compensation training programs for employees, and manage annual compensation cycles.

- Support full cycle employee experience, and administer all necessary HR systems and processes for employee onboarding, off-boarding, leaves of absence, and performance management plans.
-  Ongoing operational work to keep Envoy compliant with all necessary laws and regulations.

HR Generalist

Exit Reality is bringing VR to the masses. They manufacture custom VR capable
pop-up units for both permanent install and turnkey deployments at events, conferences, and retail.

Led design, production, and deployment of all fabrication projects for a fully remote team. Supported people and process, and built the hiring, compensation, and on-boarding procedures for all fabrication contractors.
