Ellen Gehrlach is a project manager in the Volkswagen Data:Lab with a passion for customer-centric AI solutions. She leads the creation and scaling of Data Science Solutions for all Volkswagen Group brands in the areas of Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales. Ellen has previously established and organized a startup incubator for AI and ML startups called the "Data:Lab Munich Collaboration Space." This experience has enabled her to develop skills in marketing, partnership initiation, and teamwork. With the Volkswagen Group's various brands, including Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, MOIA, and Scania, Ellen has worked through the international Volkswagen Trainee Program Startup Cross, experiencing five job rotations in areas such as Marketing and Sales, Research and Development, Product and Production Management, and IT Information Management.

Ellen earned a Master of Science in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship from Technische Universität Berlin, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Universiteit Twente, and a Bachelor of Science in Informationsorientierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Universität Augsburg.
