As the Executive Leader reporting to the board of directors of this non-profit with a $350K operating budget, I was responsible for building and maintain high level government and community relations to maintain funding support. During my tenure, we rebranded the organization and achieved mainstream community and governmental support where it previously didn’t exist. We increased operating budget by 60% while expenses only increased from 11 to 13%.
