Senior Manager Treasury & MFS

Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily collections are received and safely recorded in the financial system
- Ensure collections are banked
- Reconciliation between receipts and debtors or stock balances
- Ensure all customers receipt are correctly posted
-  Ensure all collections banked intact and accurately entered in the financial system
- Supervision of the collection team
- Ensure daily collections are banked
- Ensure all direct credit by the bank through EFTS,RTGS and TT received on bank accounts are correctly applied to the debtor accounts.
- Supervise bank reconciliation for all Bank accounts
- Ensure availability of electronic banking system to all the users.
- Verification and review of all Mobile money payments and receipts
- Safe custody of cheques and maintains of cheque register.
- Access to all users of electronic banking systems. Maintain user list and amend within 24 hours.
Reporting
- Review of daily collections report, reversals, reallocations, and all entries on the suspense account with readily available full supporting details available.
- Preparation of weekly collection report for approval by Treasury Manager.
- Monthly circularization of electronic banking users
- Monthly review of all bank reconciliations
Mobile Money
- Ensure all mobile money reports are reviewed on daily basis.
- Ensure that all payment of mobile money commission is checked reviewed and authorized before payments are made to the agents.
- Ensure MTN revenues are liquidated from the Escrow account on a monthly basis.
- Verify all mobile money liquidation by agents.
Supervision
- Collection team
- Banking operations team
- Account assistants service centres

Senior Accountant Banking Operations

Key responsibilities.
- Carry out daily reconciliations of Vetting Reports Vs activations Reports
- Daily analysis of all new postpaid clients signed up for direct Debits
- Maintain and establish good customer relationships (Internal and External)
- Resolution of Audit queries within stipulated time
- Ensure post vetting of new clients is effected
- Ensure that all applications are vetted within the agreed SLA time

Supervisor Credit Vetting

Key responsibilities.
- Maintenance and adherence to the credit vetting policy
- Review all client applications and documents submitted by sales to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Liaise with Business Solutions to ensure that only approved applications are provisioned
- Generate daily report and submitted to BS and sales all stake holders
-  Visit new clients to verify addresses and existence
- Liaise with credit controllers and use available applications to ensure that no existing client with an outstanding is offered additional services
- Vetting all applications within the agreed SLA time
- Notification of sales regarding rejected client applications and reasons for rejection.
- Maintain Company policy and procedures regarding customer information

Vetting Controller

Key responsibilities.
- Manage the outstanding debt owed to acceptable company levels
- Maintenance of strict policies and procedures regarding suspension and reactivation of non paying subscribers
- Follow up and ensure that all issues raised by the clients are solved in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all payments plans made with clients are within acceptable company policies
- Reconciliation of accounts with clients while ensuring that all payment schedules got form clients are correctly and appropriately applied.
- Notification of clients regarding amounts overdue for payment either by phone /writing/visitations/meetings
-  Liaising with the sales department on clients with outstanding debts
- Generation of weekly reports.
- Ensure that all clients’ payments are applied on the right invoices.

CREDIT CONTROLLER

Key responsibilities.
- Preparation of the monthly accounts reports.
- Taking care of all the banking needs of the company
- Preparation of cheques and presentation for signing to the Directors.
- Petty cash management.
- Preparation bank reconciliation statements.
- Preparation of payment voucher.
- Payment of suppliers for the amount due to the company.

ASSISTANT CREDIT CONTROLLER

Key responsibilities.
- Cash flow projection for the company.
- Receiving cash from borrowers.
- Cash banking, withdrawal, preparation of cheques and other banking need for the company.
- Balancing of daily cash receipt and expenditures.
- Updating customer’s books on payment of interest or principal amount lent.
- Preparation of the payroll.
- Advising management on matters regarding finance and accounting.
- Preparation bank reconciliation statements.
- Preparation of the monthly accounts report for the company.
- Preparation of the final accounts for the company including management accounts report.
- Filling of VAT return to URA
- Management of the petty cash for the company
