Roger Tye is a seasoned marketing and experience professional with a passion for connecting with people through smart and innovative ideas. He has a diverse background spanning from small start-ups to large corporations like Allstate and Grainger, where he honed his skills in branding, digital strategy, user experience, communications, and more. Tye's education includes a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington and an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at Dominican University. As the Vice President of Digital and User Experience Marketing for Allstate, Tye oversees the development of integrated marketing strategies and leads cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
