Carolyn Saunders is a highly driven and ambitious business leader with an impressive educational background. She recently completed her MBA at the prestigious Schulich School of Business at York University where she graduated on the Dean's Honour List. Additionally, she obtained Bachelor Degrees in Commerce from both Lund University and Queen's University.

Saunders has held multiple positions within Recipe Unlimited Corporation, one of Canada's largest full-service restaurant conglomerates. Her most recent role there was Senior Brand Manager of Swiss Chalet where she was responsible for the brand platform and "go to market" process. Prior to this, she worked as a Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, and Brand Assistant, and held Summer Internship positions in Marketing, Data Analysis, and Account Services.

Outside of Recipe Unlimited Corporation, Saunders is the Director at Jackman Reinvents, where she uses her strategic insights to help businesses challenge the status quo and create unique customer-centric brand experiences. Saunders is passionate about delivering results and building high-performance teams with her strong leadership capabilities.
