Luiz Filho is a well-respected and experienced regional commercial manager with a significant background in the agricultural industry. Armed with a bachelor's degree in International Relations with a concentration in economics, Luiz has also completed a Master's program in Agroenergy with USP-Esalq, Embrapa, and FGV.

His career has taken him far and wide, from working as a junior agricultural researcher at the University of São Paulo to serving as a Strategy Manager at PwC, where he managed the Agribusiness Intelligence team. In between, he has held many other positions at Itaú BBA, Banco ABC Brasil, and BI&P - Banco Indusval & Partners. Interestingly, Luiz is also a seventh-generation farmer.
