Sean Dougan is an experienced urban planner with a background in natural resources management and GIS analysis. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Natural Resources Management from the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and his Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from San Jose State University. He worked as an Associate Planner and GIS Analyst at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and is currently a Senior Planner at the East Bay Regional Park District.
