Josh York

Josh York is an American entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and founder & CEO of GYMGUYZ, the largest personal training company in the world. He started his journey 13 years ago at his parents' dining room when he came up with the idea of a mobile in-home fitness training service. Today, GYMGUYZ has over 150 locations across 30 states and three countries, and Josh and his experienced franchise management team expect to open another 100 locations this year.

Josh York's competitive nature, passion for living, and leadership skills has enabled him to build a strong culture with a commitment to being the best. He is a WOW customer service expert, marketing & branding management specialist, sales operations wizard, and budgeting & forecasting pro. He studied for a Bachelor Degree in Business at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.

In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Josh York is a motivational speaker and a sought-out keynote speaker for events. He believes in the value of team building, culture & change management, franchise sales & support, and operations management. He subscribes to 4-5 hours of sleep a night, a 4:00 workout, followed by a sauna and a 31’ cold plunge daily, and is always ready to take on new challenges.
