David Dalvey is a seasoned venture capitalist with over 25 years of experience managing funds and offering corporate finance advisory services. He has completed over 150 transactions with a total transaction value of over $2 billion, and he has served on the board of several public and private technology and life science businesses. He has particular expertise in fostering early-stage companies and securing proper capitalization that minimizes dilution. David is also experienced in fund-of-fund portfolio oversight, and he has acted as a director/advisor for two large funds. He studied at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and Iowa State University. David is currently a director at Celcuity and has previously served as the director at HomeSpotter, Bite Squad, and Navarre Corporation.
