Xiong Chang
Xiong Chang is a cross-discipline manufacturing engineer and finance professional with a passion for agriculture technology. He received education in mechanical and industrial design, manufacturing engineering, and is a GE Lean Six Sigma green belt holder. Xiong started his career as a Design Engineering Intern at GE energy and subsequently spent time as a Finance Graduate at Barclays Investment Bank. He would later become AVP of Fixed Income Valuations, where he sharpened his skills in quantitative modeling, process excellence, and leveraging technology to deliver capital efficiency. In 2016, Xiong founded Beetl Robotics and served as its CEO until 2019. He later founded Tensorfield Agriculture, where he is presently the CEO and co-founder, striving to build the next generation of autonomous agricultural machines. Away from work, Xiong enjoys competing in Judo and performing classical piano.
