Daniel Lehrbaum

Daniel Lehrbaum is a mechanical engineer with extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and improving infrastructure while working within challenging budgets and constraints. With a focus on technical engineering and hands-on management, Lehrbaum is a problem-solver with a "can do" attitude and a passion for achieving strategic goals. He has worked in various roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, including as Engineering Manager for the EV Platform, which involved working on their electric motorcycle projects. Lehrbaum's experience is not just limited to engineering, as he previously served as the General Manager for Romano's Macaroni Grill for Waterloo Restaurant Ventures, and has interned with Applied Materials and LaserFab Manufacturing. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, and has used his skills to form and mentor teams, foster interdepartmental collaboration, and achieve desired outcomes.
