Nathaniel Donoghue is an associate at Rich May, P.C., a law firm providing legal counsel on various complex and diverse issues. Donoghue's legal expertise extends to company formation, contracts, HR and employment, financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, investment management, funds, corporate litigation, and real estate litigation. He obtained his J.D. from Boston College Law school and his A.B. degree from Harvard University.
