-Strived to make the Green Bean Coffeehouse a place that demonstrates radical hospitality by valuing everyone that comes in the door and by providing free coffee to those who are in need in addition to walking alongside them and learning their stories

-Recruited, supervised, and developed 10-15 baristas and bakers in areas of customer service, technical skills, and community engagement

-Oversaw and managed an operating budget and sales target of $385,000 annually, establishing quarterly budgets dependent on previous costs and estimated sales
