Jordi Mercader is a seasoned senior manager in the Apparel, Fashion and Luxury goods sector. With a vast array of professional experience, Jordi has led teams and created new business units, while demonstrating exceptional skill in setting clear objectives and KPIs. He spent a significant portion of his career at Burberry, starting in finance and operations, and working his way up to deputy finance director, managing director of knitwear and accessories division, managing director of Burberry Spain, and finally president of the childrenswear worldwide division. During his tenure, the company IPO'd and achieved record turnover figures of €250M. He is now an independent manager and consultant, willing to lend his expertise to organizations in the Apparel, Fashion and Luxury goods sectors, as well as any other sectors where his background can add value. Jordi has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Business Administration from ESADE Business School.
