Dev Ganguly is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in technology and business operations. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Jackson, he oversees various functions, including business operations, technology, data, digital, and information security with a focus on efficiency and scale. Dev is an advocate of using cutting-edge technology to improve the customer, advisor, and associate experiences.

In addition to leading Jackson's business transformation, Dev serves as Executive Sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion and Chair of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Working Group at Jackson. Moreover, he is active in the community and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan and Insured Retirement Institute (IRI).

Dev earned his bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, and power from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in India. He is a food enthusiast and enjoys playing racquet sports and spending time with his family.
