Niketa Sheth is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in health policy and management, political science, and communications. She received her MPA in Health Policy and Management/International Non-Profit Management from New York University, and her BA in Political Science, Communications, and Women's Studies from Rutgers University.

Over the years, Niketa has held numerous leadership positions across various organizations, including Chief Executive Officer at Womankind, Rising Above Violence; Senior Strategy Manager in Strategy and Business Development at NYU Langone Medical Center; and Senior Vice President at Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. She has also served as a Board of Directors member at the NYC Alliance Against Sexual Assault and co-founded The Good Karma Project.

Throughout her career, Niketa has demonstrated exceptional expertise in non-profit management, research operations, and business development. She is also experienced in litigation paralegal work, events editing, and communications.

Aside from her professional commitments, Niketa is passionate about community service, women's issues, and Parkinson's disease research. She has served as a consultant for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, The Silverstein Foundation for Parkinson's with GBA, and The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
