Rashmi Samantaray is an accomplished business and technology strategist with a proven track record of success in multi-million dollar organizations like Verizon Enterprise Solutions and Alltel Communications. With over two decades of experience, Samantaray is a seasoned leader and team builder with expertise in applications development, e-commerce systems, and cloud-based platforms. She is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Schneider, where she leads a team of 70 professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems. Under her leadership, the IT applications at Schneider have been transformed to cloud-based and DevOps infrastructures, resulting in improved consistency, quality, and agility.

Samantaray is a graduate of Ravenshaw College, where she studied physics. She also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
