João Dias

João Dias has a diverse background in finance and administration, having worked in industries such as energy, mining, and marketing. He founded R/Gran & Co., where he specializes in brand management and financial guidance for new entrepreneurs and start-ups across various sectors. João has been involved in analyzing OKRs for brands and providing financial guidance for projects involving solar power plants in companies like Top Gelo and 7 Fitness. He successfully managed the financial aspects of STM Usinagem, leading partner deals, industrial asset management, and financial restructuring which saw a substantial turnaround from -R$350,000.00 to +R$40,000.00 within 9 months in 2020. His responsibilities also included project management in marketing, customer service, and ticket management for events at Ingresse/MG.
