Carlos Parizotto is an accomplished corporate finance and M&A advisor with extensive experience in capital markets, structured finance, and governance. He's a founding partner of Cypress, one of Brazil's most respected advisory firms, providing invaluable guidance and strategic insights to corporate clients. Carlos holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has also studied governance at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp, one of Brazil's top universities. Carlos has held various positions throughout his career, serving as a former board member of M&A Worldwide, a summer associate at BBA Creditanstalt, a senior manager strategy with Accenture, and a trainee at Procter & Gamble. Carlos is also a former member of the HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil.
