Robert Gephart is an accomplished executive with a reputation for innovative thinking and a hands-on approach. He is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent research skills, as well as strong strategic thinking and communication skills. As CEO and President of Monarch Teaching Technologies, Inc., he is responsible for overseeing operations for the most flexible and best personalization tool in the K-12 special education market. Robert studied Accounting and Finance at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree at the age of 16. Prior to his current position, he was a Board Member at Avitae Caffeinated Water and Executive Vice President at RMS Investment Corporation. In his spare time, Robert enjoys staying active and participating in outdoor activities, including camping and hiking.
