Paulo Bautista

Paulo Bautista is a skilled storyteller with a diverse background in digital ecosystems, programmatic advertising, project and product management, and data analytics. A graduate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Paulo has worked in various organizations such as IPONWEB, Freestar, and Tremor Video DSP.

His experience in programmatic advertising operations allows him to subsidize online communities and platforms that enable creative communities to flourish. Paulo's expertise in project and product management, as well as data analytics, enables him to translate technical and business needs for organizations. His passion for understanding the historical context to foster Diversity and Inclusion initiatives sets him apart from the rest.

Paulo has also dabbled in podcast and video content creation himself with Ninjaboi Media, allowing him to share his own stories and perspectives with the world. He is a graduate of Stanton College Preparatory High School and the NYU School of Professional Studies.
